Want to be a Nursing Live ambassador?

Nursing Live ambassador 2026

Last year, we launched the incredibly successful Nursing Live ambassador Programme. This year, we want to grow the programme and we are looking for nine more passionate nursing professionals to help promote and champion Nursing Live 2026. Could you be one of them?

The ideal ambassador has attended the event previously, is passionate about supporting it and will, with enthusiasm and excitement, promote Nursing Live – ideally among colleagues and your community to reach more nursing professionals.

We want to ensure we recruit nurses from a variety of bands, locations and backgrounds so that our ambassadors are representative of the whole nursing profession.

What is involved in the role?

  • Encouraging your network and colleagues to attend.

  • Promoting Nursing Live across your social media channels.

  • Creating your own content in the run up to the event (videos/reels and so on...) to encourage engagement among your networks.

  • Playing an active role at Nursing Live at the NEC, 9-10 November.

What does an ambassador get in return?

  • Meeting other ambassadors at the NEC.

  • Introducing a session and feedback on the seminar programme.

  • Being part of a ‘lean-in’ network of like-minded ambassadors.

  • Taking part in an ambassador Q&A on the website.

  • Attending monthly virtual ‘coffee catch ups’ with the other ambassadors.

  • A ‘thank you’ goody bag from the Nursing Live team.

  • Three months’ free access to RCNi Plus.

Are there any restrictions?

No. However, we do request that an ambassador is aligned exclusively with this nursing event.

When does the role start or finish?

This is a fluid arrangement with no contracts or fixed commitments. We suggest all ambassadors fulfil the role for a two-year period.

Ready to make a difference in the nursing community? We’d love to hear from you.

Application deadline is 19 June 2026. All applicants will be notified by 3 July if they have been selected. Please note this is a voluntary role.
