Head of Service at Midlands Partnership Foundation Trust. Responsible and accountable for the delivery of quality care delivery and staff experience in long terms conditions and therapy services across the County. Nurse by background over 27 years of experience in Clinical, Management and leadership, Managed various services of Acute and Older adult within the urgent care mental health division & forensic mental health. Led many service development & transformation projects, Providing strategics direction and operational support.

Strategic Lead for PCREF (Patient and Carer racial Equality Framework) deliver at MPFT, also an EDI Chair focusing on addressing the health and Workforce inequalities. Trained as a Cultural Ambassador (CA) and worked on reducing the risk of discrimination faced by the underrepresented groups.

Completed post graduate in healthcare and management and completing the dissertation to finish the MBA in Wrexham Glyndwr university. Completed the senior leadership Programme -Rosalind Franklin through NHS leadership academy. Proud to be a Global Scholar in Florence Nightingale Foundation and the Alumni of the Windsor leadership.

Had a vision of bringing the Indian Nurses together to have a strong voice in the UK health care system, Co-founded the British Indian Nurses Association (BINA). Continue to volunteer as a General Secretary in BINA and working with the team to inspire and support many Nurses. Proud to say that becoming an EDI Ambassador for Proud2bOps National forum is the joy of the journey by championing the inclusion & belonging culture.
