Stephanie Riley is Head of Product at Patchwork Health, a health tech company that builds workforce solutions helping NHS organisations manage staff banks, rostering, and temporary staffing more efficiently, reducing reliance on costly agency staff while giving healthcare teams greater flexibility and control over how they work.

Stephanie's path into product began on the front line. She holds a BSc in Adult Nursing and an MSc in Health Informatics, and started her nursing career in Endocrinology at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, before moving into Cardiothoracic and Trauma intensive care at Barts Health NHS Trust. That experience gave her a first-hand understanding of the pressures facing clinical staff, and the moments where the right tools can make all the difference.

Since moving into health tech, Stephanie has held product roles across Pando, focused on staff communication and handover; Doctor Care Anywhere, in patient-facing digital care; and DrDoctor, in patient engagement and outpatient transformation.

Stephanie is driven by a simple belief: that the best products reduce stress for staff and free up time for patient care, while also improving outcomes for the patients themselves. She is passionate about building solutions where clinical insight and product thinking work hand in hand to deliver change that matters, for both the people delivering care and the people receiving it.
