As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner specialising in women’s health, contraception, menopause, and hormone replacement therapy, with a career spanning more than three decades across military, clinical, educational, and operational environments. Over 18 years of service, I progressed to Nursing Officer (Major, QARANC), delivering care and leadership across postings including Sandhurst, BMH Rinteln, Musgrave Park, Troodos, Blandford, and operational deployments such as OPTELIC.

My clinical foundation in nursing and midwifery at Southampton University evolved into advanced practice, safeguarding leadership, and education roles. I have worked across paediatrics, women’s health, and complex patient assessment.

Alongside practice, I have continued to grow academically, completing an MA in Medical Education and pursuing PhD research exploring leadership, identity, in public service.
