Simon Hall is a registered mental health nurse, Queen's Nurse, educator and Professional Lead for Education (England and Mental Health) at the Royal College of Nursing. Passionate about helping people learn and flourish, Simon has worked across clinical practice, higher education and national leadership roles throughout his career. His interests include co-production, psychological safety, storytelling and creating learning experiences that connect people, ideas and practice. An experienced speaker and facilitator, Simon is known for bringing warmth, energy and authenticity to conversations about nursing, leadership and professional development. He believes that great nursing is built on both evidence and human connection, and is committed to supporting nurses at every stage of their careers to grow, lead and make a difference.
