Shazia has worked at the Recruitment & Employment Confederation for 7 years advocating on employment issues such as skills, the value of flexible work and the importance of DEI in hiring practices. She has worked doing communications and campaigns in a variety of sectors including the civil service and professional services. Shazia is also a Trustee at the Education & Training Foundation.
