Leoni Walker

Lead nurse, Lloyds Clinical

Leoni joined Lloyds Clinical in 2016 as a Homecare Nurse within the Enzyme Replacement Therapy (ERT) team and has since progressed into leadership roles. She currently serves as the Lead Nurse for Rare Disorders, Intravenous Therapies, and Immunoglobulins.

In this role, Leoni oversees the end-to-end delivery of specialist therapies across the UK, including patient referral pathways, regional service coordination, and clinical governance. As the subject matter expert, she collaborates closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure that services are safe, effective, and patient-centred. Leoni also acts as the main clinical point of contact for complex or escalated cases.

Working alongside the commercial team, she supports service growth through tender development and the implementation of new therapy pathways, helping to maintain Lloyds Clinical’s position as a trusted provider for NHS and private referral centres.

A key aspect of Leoni’s role involves leading training and education programmes to promote nursing excellence and uphold high standards of care across all therapy areas.
