Katherine French has worked for Parkinson's UK for 20 years. Katherine currently operates as Head of Service Improvements and Grants where she champions and supports improvements to health and care services for people with Parkinson’s.

Katherine supports health and care leaders with the data, evidence and service improvement tools they need to deliver high quality service for people with Parkinson’s. As part of her portfolio of work she also oversees the work of the UK Parkinson's Audit, Time Critical programme, Excellence Network Grants and Pump Priming of Parkinson's Nurses and Allied Health Professionals.

She is passionate about the role of the Parkinson’s Nurse and has been leading the work of the charity in promoting and encouraging nurse to think about a career as a specialist nurse.
