Jon Solomons

Jon has worked at Nightingale Hammerson since 2023. He is an Advanced Clinical Practitioner and one of the first in house ACPs/nurse prescribers in a social care setting/nursing and residential care setting in the UK. He has been working as an Independent Prescriber since 2020 and as an ACP since 2022, brining >15 years of NHS experience in a range of acute and community roles into a social care setting.

Through this innovative approach Nightingale Hammerson have been able to demonstrate improved patient outcomes in terms of quality and continuity of care and end of life and palliative care. The role has also afforded educational opportunities to further develop service delivery within the care/nursing home setting.
