Jodian Barrett is an experienced nursing and digital health leader with a passion for improving patient care through the effective use of technology, innovation and clinical transformation. She serves as the Children's Chief Nursing Information Officer (CCNIO) for West London Children's Healthcare, spanning Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust and Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust paediatric services, and as Deputy Chief Nursing Information Officer for the Northwest London Virtual Hospital.

With a clinical background in nursing and extensive experience leading digital transformation programmes, Jodian works at the intersection of clinical practice, informatics and service improvement. She leads the design and implementation of digital solutions that enhance patient safety, staff experience and care delivery across paediatric and virtual care services.

Jodian is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute, a member of the BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, and a member of the FedIP Future Digital Leaders programme.

A recognised advocate for digital nursing leadership, Jodian regularly contributes to national discussions on digital transformation, virtual care and the future of nursing, championing the role of nurses in shaping innovative, patient-centred healthcare services.
