Jas’ role provides oversight of workforce and health inequalities, enabling her to draw a direct connection between workforce action and the access, experience and outcomes of service users. With an intrinsic passion for people, she has dedicated the past 15 years to Organisation Development and Inclusion, focusing on team and individual dynamics to embed truly inclusive practice.
Grounded in the belief that every action creates a reaction, she recognises that in healthcare these reactions always impact people whether patients, the public or colleagues. Using this principle, Jas applies a wide range of tools and approaches that support behavioural change and leadership of self at multiple levels.
Her career journey spans from grassroots community development through to strategic leadership roles across the health sector. This breadth of experience gives her a unique ability to translate policy into meaningful practice and to build genuine connections that create change for everyone.
