Transitioning into nursing leadership, Emma has held senior roles including Matron and Deputy Associate Director of Nursing, overseeing a broad range of specialties such as Oncology, Haematology, Radiotherapy, Neurosurgery, and Neurology.

Currently, Emma is in the role of Deputy Chief Nurse at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital in Birmingham, a leading elective hospital. In this role, Emma is responsible for upholding nursing professional standards, advancing education and training, and championing patient safety and experience. Additionally, Emma is the Deputy Director of Facilities, ensuring the hospital environment aligns with high standards of care and operational excellence.
