Having spent over five years at NHS England and Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust in staff engagement and change management, Emma understands first-hand the pressures healthcare organisations face and how hard it is to get stretched teams to adopt and engage with something new.

Emma is particularly focused on helping organisations build awareness of financial wellbeing tools, drive meaningful employee engagement, and demonstrate the tangible impact that investing in staff wellbeing has on retention, morale, engagement, and organisational performance.
