Liz Quaglia is currently working as the Macmillan CNS Development Lead (CDL) for the North Central London Cancer Alliance. She is working within the CDL pilot project - a Macmillan and NHSE funded initiative to explore the support and develop needs of the CNS workforce across the Cancer Alliances of London.

Her career spans general oncology, SACT services, research nursing, site specific CNS roles, and specialist nursing in community palliative care. Her most recent clinical role was leading the CNS team in the Neuroendocrine Tumour Unit at The Royal Free Hospital. Liz is passionate about advanced nursing practice, patient care and empowering nurses.

She is a nurse prescriber, holds an MSc in Advanced Nursing Practice (Cancer and Clinical reasoning) and she is a Self belief Coach, accredited to the International Coaching Federation.
