Dr. Delyth Wyndham (BSc Hons, MPA, PhD) Research Associate

Dr. Delyth Wyndham is a methodologist with a keen interest in mixed methods; innovative and co-production methodologies; patient and public involvement and engagement; research integrity, ethics and governance processes; and open science.

Delyth joined Keele University in 2023. Her role focuses on research development and delivery. With a multi-sector background in roles centred around technology, communication, information and data, Delyth brings key skills to a range of projects.

Her broad research interests lie in implementation, organisational, systems and policy failure and systemic inequity in relation to underserved and underrepresented groups. She is currently involved in inter- and trans-disciplinary research with people experiencing menopause, domestic/intimate partner violence, complex emotional needs, criminal justice involvement, living in mobile dwellings, parental leave, public involvement and with people with a learning disability.

During the past year, Delyth has been part of a UK-wide team of professionals who undertook an RCN Foundation funded research project that identified the needs of people with learning disabilities when accessing urgent and emergency healthcare. The outputs of the project include the co-production of a learning tool designed to increase understanding and aid effective decision making.
