Claire Goodwin-Fee is a psychotherapist with more than two decades of experience. She is the founder and CEO of Frontline19, an organisation that provides psychological support to the NHS and front-line services of the UK. To date, Frontline19 has helped more than 1 million workers with their emotional well-being. Started as a way of supporting others during the pandemic, the service continues to grow and offers support when needed and helps to educate and facilitate a robust preventative strategy.
