Chidiebere has abroad clinical and leadership experience from diverse healthcare settings with a career spanning across Nursing education, Occupational Health and Safety, and Elderly care.

Driven by a passion for improving systems and outcomes, Chidiebere serves as the Quality Improvement Nurse at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Birmingham, where he supports teams in driving quality improvement initiatives and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the Trust.

His work is focused on empowering staff improvement capabilities, enhancing patient experience and safety, and embedding continuous improvement as a core part of everyday practice.
