Anne Howard

Anne qualified as a Registered Adult Nurse from Coventry University in 2008, beginning her career within the NHS before moving into fertility care at the Centre for Reproductive Medicine, Coventry, in 2010.
Since then, Anne has spent over 15 years working in fertility across both the NHS and private sector, gaining extensive experience in nurse-led and clinician-led services. Her career has also included consultancy work supporting the development of digital fertility technology, before progressing to Nurse Manager for Care Fertility Birmingham and its satellite clinic, Care Fertility Tamworth.
Anne is currently Deputy Director of Nursing at Peppy Health, a digital employee benefit supporting people across fertility, women’s health, menopause, pregnancy and parenthood, and men’s health.
She is also the founder of Fertility Unfiltered, which aims to provide clear, evidence-based education around fertility and reproductive health, cutting through misinformation and bringing information back to basics.
Anne is Chair of the Royal College of Nursing Fertility Nursing Forum, where she works to develop education, publications and professional resources for fertility nurses across the UK. She is also a member of the British Fertility Society and Senior Infertility Nursing Group.
Alongside her leadership and education work, Anne remains passionate about supporting people through their fertility journeys, with particular interests in PMOS and male fertility. She has written and contributed to a range of publications, including Nursing Standard, and regularly speaks at professional events and conferences, including Fertility 2026.
