Alex Ramamurthy is SVP, Growth at Stream, the Workplace Finance app used by more than 140 NHS Trusts and Health Boards and many of the UK's largest care providers. Stream gives health and care staff real-time visibility of what they've earned, simple ways to save, flexible access to pay, and practical financial support, easing the money worries that so often sit behind stress and burnout.

Alex has spent over a decade working across technology, health and social care. He previously was CEO of The Care Workers' Charity, which supports the UK's two million care professionals with access to grants. He also founded and sold an age-tech start-up, and has been a finalist for Third Sector Chief Executive of the Year and named a LaingBuisson Rising Star.
