Adam has been with Lloyds Clinical for 14 years as part of the L&D and HR team.  He started off as an administrator, then developed into a digital specialist and before his current role as an L&D specialist.  Adam is passionate about fostering a culture of development and growth.  His mission is to create accessible and engaging content for colleagues at all levels of the business.  He has successfully designed and implemented large and bitesize courses that enhance colleague skills, boost morale and drive performance.
