Ms George is a national programme lead in the National Retention programme at NHS England. Other past roles include associate director of nursing, midwifery & AHP education, preceptorship lead and preceptorship educator at Barts Health NHS Trust.

She also worked as a community nurse, tissue viability clinical nurse specialist and wound care clinical lead in East London. She has more than 20 years’ healthcare experience and is an honorary lecturer for nursing at City University of London, where she attained her nursing qualification.

Ms George has a passion for coaching, mentoring, developing others and is a strong champion for inclusive, kind and compassionate leadership.
