Liessa Newnham started in the NHS in 1983 and has extensive experience of driving regional implementation and adoption strategies across NHS Supply Chain Facilities Office Solutions for NHS Trusts. Based in Sheffield, Liessa leads a dynamic team focused on improving operational delivery and engagement across trusts, with a particular emphasis on uniform programmes and service transformation.
Her work spans stakeholder engagement, identification of opportunities, strategic coordination of rollouts, and the development of practical resources to support frontline staff. Liessa is known for her pragmatic approach, deep understanding of trust needs, and commitment to enhancing staff experience through thoughtful procurement and implementation practices.
